Office Manager

Small, fun IT support provider in downtown San Francisco seeks an energetic, detail-oriented candidate to assist with internal operations, procedures and organization. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills (verbal & written), an eagerness to help and a winning smile. Although no prior technical education or experience is required, candidates with a keen interest in technology preferred. 


  • ​Fielding incoming phone calls from customers 
  • Conversion of phone calls and staff requests into support tickets on Zendesk platform 
  • Weekly check-ups on automatic backup and disk health reporting (training provided) 
  • Assist with client documentation 
  • General office management 
  • Occasional pickup and delivery of client laptops or network hardware 
  • ​Provide direct assistance to support engineers in the field 
  • ​Physical assistance with server rack installations at client sites or at our local data center (supervised by support staff) 
  • ​Assistance with operating system installations and imaging on desktops and laptops (training provided) 
  • Office supplies purchasing and organization 
  • Assist with general office duties as needed 


  • ​Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • High attention to detail and impeccably organized 
  • ​Experience working in a customer service position 
  • Go to attitude! 
  • ​Must live in the Bay Area and have reliable transportation into San Francisco 
  • Great sense of humor 


  • ​Bachelor's degree in relevant field 
  • Basic understanding of IT support concepts including home networking and Windows/Mac troubleshooting
